Website Refresh and Membership Setup
TBBN was making some changes in their non-profit organization and looking to refresh their website so that it worked more seamlessly than what they had. Their old website was on the old Squarespace platform edition, so we simply migrated it over to the new 7.1 version.
They were also in need of moving their complicated member directory from a blog post system in Squarespace to something easier to maintain. The best choice (and how they found me) was with MembershipWorks. We were able to incorporate and freshen up their directory to make it easier to navigate for their visitors.
Here’s what Cynthya had to say about the project…
We had an outdated Squarespace website and store. We had a “directory of members” that really was just a blog that we had to update every time we gained or lost a member, and we were handling all user updates. It was ridiculously time consuming and while dedicated, we’re a volunteer run organization and no one has the bandwidth to manage that regularly.
Alison helped us implement MembershipWorks. She migrated all of our member info, store orders, and renewals, and also updated our website platform and design, cleaning up old pages, etc.
She kept us on task with her online platform, sharing her timeline, checking in on the progress of our project, and following up after the work was finished.
